BioShock Infinite Worker Induction Center is the third small chapter in a row (actually the fourth one if every checkpoint is counted), and it is triggered after DeWitt chases Elizabeth through Beggar’s Wharf and Fort Franklin Pier.

When Booker DeWitt reunites with Elizabeth, they must work together to find the weapons dealer if they want to have a chance at getting back the airship.

The BioShock Infinite collectible in Chapter 16 can be misleading, because players might think it belongs to the previous chapter, Fort Franklin Pier.

However, this is not the case, so if players follow the collectibles’ guide below as it is, they should have no problem in finding it.

Telescope #1

Follow the path to reach the area where Elizabeth is being held (Fort Franklin Pier).

Clear the area of enemies, and then use the sky-line to reach the upper floor (you should check the prison on the lower floor before that if you want an Infusion bottle).

Open the door only to engage Elizabeth in another pursuit. When you reach the lower platform, you encounter your first Handyman.

When the cutscene is over and Elizabeth pulls you on the platform, turn around. The BioShock Infinite Worker Induction Center Telescope should be right in front of you, next to the handrail.

When you are ready, get inside the large building. This event triggers the chapter known as Finkton Proper.
