BioShock Infinite The Good Time Club Voxophones, Telescopes and Kinetoscopes

BioShock Infinite The Good Time Club is the chapter that starts after DeWitt talks to Mrs. Lin in the gunshop from The Plaza of Zeal.

The previous chapter is rather short, and it only involves a quick visit inside Chen Lin’s gunshop to find out what happened to Chen.

After that, DeWitt has to find him inside The Good Time Club and talk to him about the weapons.

While basically there aren’t any BioShock Infinite collectibles inside the gunshop, there are quite a few of them inside the Good Time Club.

There is also another one outside, in the plaza, but that requires a trip to the club, which is the reason it is included in the following collectables’ guide.

Kinetoscope #1

While in the back area of the shop, go upstairs and then back downstairs when you hear the crying, to find Mrs. Lin. She wants her husband back, Chen Lin, which is held in the Good Time Club.

However, before entering the club you have to defeat a Handyman (aim only for his heart to get an achievement/trophy).

As you enter the club, use the staircase and then watch the video using the first BioShock Infinite The Good Time Club Kinetoscope that can be found next to the vending machine.

“Crime Comes to ‘Shanty-Town’…”

In the next area, you have to defeat several waves of enemies. When they’re all dead (and after Fink finishes his speech), your objective points through the curtains of the stage. Instead of going there, head in the opposite direction from the stage, because a new area is available to explore (it was locked by a grate).

The second BioShock Infinite Kinetoscope inside The Good Time Club is at the end of the corridor (where the bathrooms are).

Voxophone #1

Go through the curtains to the backstage, and immediately when you enter the dressing room take a look to your left. The first BioShock Infinite The Good Time Club Voxophone is on the desk.

Head downstairs and ask Elizabeth to open the locked door. Near the furnace there are many wooden crates. On top of one of them you can find the code book for the optional quest you started in the clock shop from the previous chapter.

Grab it since it will lead to another BioShock Infinite collectable. Go through the next room, the one with the video projector, and as soon as you leave the room take the second BioShock Infinite Voxophone that’s standing on a chair right in front of you.

Follow the corridor and open the cell door. After you find Chen Lin, ask Elizabeth to open the Tear. This Tear creates an alternate reality, so you have to go back through the Good Time Club, while dealing with more guards.

When you exit the door that leads from the main hall to the lobby, collect the third BioShock Infinite Kinetoscope that’s right in front of you.

This is the exact same place where you found the first Kinetoscope, only now it’s on the other side of the vending machine.

“Gun-Smith Set Free!”

Voxophone #3

When you’re back outside, you have to cross the plaza (pay attention to the newly spawned enemies) to reach The Clock Tower, the place where you found the code in the previous chapter. Get inside and Elizabeth will decrypt the code that says you must set the broken clock at midnight.

The clock is the one on the right side, next to the code, and if you set the required time you gain access to a secret safe filled with items, including the third BioShock Voxophone.

After you grab all the stuff you can find, get inside Chen Lin’s gunshop.

Talk to him and then find the entrance that leads to Shantytown in order to begin the next chapter.
