BioShock Infinite The Bull Yard is available after DeWitt and Elizabeth find Chen Lins confiscated tools in The Bull House Impound.
Basically Chapter 22 takes place in the Shantytown area, but in a different world, where the Vox Populi have weapons. Because they are now armed, they started a riot against the Founders.
In the current mission, the protagonist has to travel back to the plaza.
Because The Bull Yard shares its space with a previous chapter, it is advisable to use the collectibles guide below, for the fact that there are a couple of BioShock Infinite collectibles to be found in places you already explored.
Voxophone #1
When you are outside of the police building, you can see that the Founders and the Vox Populi are fighting on the streets.
Kill your enemies and go all the way back to The Graveyard Shift bar. Near the bar there are some soldiers that are taking pictures with a dead Handyman.
The first BioShock Infinite The Bull Yard Voxophone is in the Handymans hand.
THAT ETERNAL SHORE; Hattie Gerst; July the 25th, 1908

Voxophone #2
Now head inside The Graveyard Shift bar, because it is a modified version of the one you found in Shantytown chapter.
On the counter is the second BioShock Infinite The Bull Yard Voxophone, and it is probably the most interesting so far, because it belongs to Booker DeWitt.
DRAWING DEAD; Booker DeWitt; July the 6th, 1912
Now, take the elevator to leave the area (don’t forget to grab the Charge Vigor at the end of the ride).
At this point the game considers to be in Finkton Proper, but after you cross the bridge to reach the plaza, as soon as you step inside the gunsmiths shop the next chapter named On To The Factory begins.
