BioShock Infinite Inside The Hall of Heroes is the chapter that starts when DeWitt and Elizabeth access the building named The Hall of Heroes.
After the duo manages to escape the enemies in their path, they finally reach The Hall of Heroes. However, before getting what they came for they are tested by an old enemy of DeWitt, a man named Slate.
In Chapter 10 there are a couple of BioShock Infinite collectables, and those who read the collectibles guide below should find them without a problem, especially if they use the screenshots included at the end of the guide.
Voxophone #1
When you access The Hall of Heroes building, go around the statue and turn left at the broken chandelier. If you get inside the ticketing room you can find the first BioShock Infinite Inside The Hall of Heroes Voxophone on a desk (left side as you enter the room).

Voxophone #2
After you hear Slates speech, make your way through both exhibits, The Battle of Wounded Knee and The Boxer Rebellion, in order to gain access to the First Ladys Memorial.
Follow the path until you find a locked door (that leads to the scene depicting the murder of Lady Comstock). Ask Elizabeth to open the door and then get inside the chamber on your right.
The second BioShock Infinite Inside The Hall of Heroes Voxophone is on the chair thats right below the painting.

Now you should use the door to get outside the building. This is the point where Elizabeth opens a Tear in order to help you jump over the gate and also the point where you learn that you can use her ability in combat.
After you kill all the enemies (preferably with the help of the Tears since theyre counting for an achievement/trophy), head inside the next building to start the Hall of Heroes Gift Shop chapter.
