Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag La Concepcion Wreck is a secondary location and an underwater area you have to explore if you wish to fully upgrade Edward’s ship, the Jackdaw.
La Concepcion Wreck requires the diving bell which can be obtained by completing one of the game’s main missions.
The area includes 10 AC4 collectibles, three of them being animus fragments and 7 underwater chests. Inside one of the chests you will find the Elite Ram Upgrade for the Jackdaw, which means that the area must be explored as soon as possible.
Being an underwater zone, La Concepcion Wreck is also a very dangerous one, because there are multiple sharks that roam around the wreckage of the ship known as La Concepcion.

Animus Fragment 1
The first fragment you can collect is very close to the first chest. After you loot the chest turn around and you will see the fragment hidden in the algae below one of the sharks.
Animus Fragment 2
For the second animus fragment you have to swim north and get inside the third section of the wreck. The fragment is located below the main deck.
Animus Fragment 3
Animus Fragment #3 is located on top of one of the ship’s masts. You can retrieve it after you collect the final chest, before leaving the area.
Lunge up as fast as you can because the sharks patrol around it.

Chest 1
The first chest on the map above is located north from the diving bell, on the top deck of the shipwreck.
Lunge up to avoid the sharks and look for it close to one of the ship’s masts. Inside the chest you will find 275 Reales.
Chest 2
The second chest is located on the same deck as the first one. Turn around after you loot the first chest and swim left, around the corner, and look for some stairs.
Next to them is the second chest which is also the most important because it contains the Elite Ram Plan.
Chest 3
After you collect the plan for the Elite Ram available in the area, lunge up and while swimming above the main deck, look for a hole that allows you to get inside one of the ship’s lower decks.
Go through the hole and look for the third chest, on your right side. It contains 334 Reales.
Chest 4
The fourth La Concepcion Wreck chest is north from the diving bell. While standing next to the diving bell, look for ship’s front end and three jellyfishes.
Go around them and then swim down to see the chest. Loot it to get 282 Reales.
Chest 5
Inside the fifth chest you will find 208 Reales and a silver cross (90 Reales). The chest can be found on the western side of the main area, inside another section of the same wreck.
Stay close to the bottom of the ocean to reach the wreck and swim around jellyfishes to get inside. Next, swim down to find the chest.
Chest 6
After you get the second Animus Fragment, turn around and swim north, while remaining below the main deck.
The sixth chest is located several steps away from the fragment and inside it you will find 1000 Reales.
Chest 7
After you get the previous chest return to the deck and look for the final chest inside a room under the ship’s wheel. Loot it to get 116 Reales and a gold tiara (117 R).
