Similar to La Concepcion Wreck, Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Kabah Ruins is an underwater secondary location that can be visited only after you get the diving bell.
Kabah Ruins is located in the south-eastern part of the map, and it is an area larger than La Concepcion Wreck.
While exploring Kabah Ruins you will have to retrieve 11 AC4 collectibles.
There are only three Animus Fragments hidden in Kabah Ruins, and 8 chests, one of them containing another upgrade plan for the Jackdaw.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Kabah Ruins Chests Locations
Chest 1
The first chest marked on the map above is close to the diving bell and it is protected by a moray eel.
Look for it behind a small Mayan arcade and loot it to get 150 Reales and a gold chain (130 R).
Chest 2
The second chest is on the bottom of the ocean under a shipwreck. It contains 165 Reales and a jade statue (120 R).
Chest 3
Chest #3 in Kabah Runs is also inside a shipwreck on the bottom of the ocean. When swimming towards it, stay away from the wooden pillars because they are filled with urchins. Loot it to get 1000 Reales.
Chest 4
North from the previous collectible is the fourth chest, inside a shipwreck that will offer cover from the sharks above. It is on the left side of the said wreck, while moving north. Inside the chest you will find 297 Reales.
Chest 5
Once you get the fourth underwater chest continue to move north from one air barrel to another.
The fifth collectible is in a smaller cave, behind a Mayan Temple and contains 312 Reales.
Chest 6
The sixth chest in Kabah Ruins is at the entrance of the northern tunnel, close to another eel. When you loot it you will receive 261 R.
Chest 7
Inside the seventh chest marked on the map you will find the Elite Round Shot Plan. The chest is inside the Mayan Temple located in the northern side of the area.
Chest 8 T
o get the final chest you need to swim through the northern tunnel. Make sure you move between the two air pockets and turn right while advancing towards the one at the end of the tunnel.
The chest is on the bottom of the ocean, and inside you will find 324 Reales.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Kabah Ruins Animus Fragments Locations
Animus Fragment 1
After you get the third chest swim towards the first Animus Fragment, located south under another shipwreck.
To get inside go around it, looking for a large hole.
Animus Fragment 2
The second Animus Fragment is on top of the Mayan Temple, above the chest that contains the plan for the Elite Round Shot.
Get inside the small chamber to retrieve the collectible.
Animus Fragment 3
The last fragment is Kabah Ruins is at the end of the northern tunnel. Swim north and you will find it below the air pocket. After you get the fragment, use the air pockets and return to the diving bell.
