Chest 1
Chest #1 marked on the map above is close to the center of the village. When you get near it, make sure you jump down, on the ground, because the chest is under the wooden platforms on which the village was erected. Inside it you will find 274 Reales.
After you loot it, remain on the ground, and move north towards the second chest.
Chest 2
Similar to the previous one, the second chest is also beneath the village. Look for it near a wooden fence and loot it to get a cross made of gold (150 R) and 148 Reales.
After you loot it look for the second Animus Fragment which is above your current location.
Chest 3
The third chest in Grand Cayman is also on the ground, under another house. Near the chest you should see a crate. The third chest contains 164 Reales, an emerald (110 R), and a silver plate (60 R.)
Chest 4
South from the third chest, in a dead end and also on the ground, under the village, is the fourth chest which can be looted to get 131 Reales and a sapphire.
Chest 5
The fifth chest is very accessible because it is located outside the village, at the end of a tunnel that can be found on the south-western area of the map.
Inside the chest are 272 Reales.
Chest 6
The final chest in Grand Cayman is near the shanty you must catch. Look for it on a platform behind the house near the song sheet and loot it for 131 Reales and some emerald earrings (180 R).

Animus Fragment 1
The first Animus Fragment in Grand Cayman can be collected the moment you enter the harbor. Walk towards the village and on the left side you will spot the fragment on top of a pole.
From the ledge nearby, jump on the smaller pole and then jump again on the one where the collectible can be seen.
Animus Fragment 2
Animus Fragment #2 in Grand Cayman is near the second chest. In fact the fragment is above the chest, and you will spot it if you look up.
Since the chest is on the ground, you must climb the walls of the building above it, to get the fragment which stands on a small ledge.
Animus Fragment 3
For the final Animus Fragment in Grand Cayman you will have to return to the upper level of the village. The collectible is easy to retrieve because you only have to climb a tree.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Grand Cayman Song Sheet Location
In Grand Cayman you can also find a new song sheet for your crew. The shanty contains the lyrics for a song named Captain Kidd.
When you get close to it you will notice that the shanty flies away following two specific paths. The first one is towards the tunnel where you have found the fifth chest, but the second one is directly towards the harbor, where your ship is docked.
The second route is the one you should follow; therefore, after you get the fifth chest, go around the corner of the house and start running after the shanty.
You should be able to catch it the moment it crosses the roof of the first building, when you jump towards the branch of the tree nearby.
