In Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, Eleuthera is a side-activity location and a Naval Fort featured in the video game developed by Ubisoft.
Similar to Dry Tortuga, Eleuthera is a location that must be conquered by Edward in order to unlock all its features.
When Eleuthera falls into the hands of Edward’s pirates, you will be able to retrieve 4 additional Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag collectibles and you will also unlock Naval Contract 03: A Spanish Plague.
Eleuthera is an accessible fort that can be conquered immediately after you leave Nassau.
The following guide reveals all collectibles in Eleuthera, offering tips on their locations; however, the map and the guide refer to the collectibles within the fort.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Eleuthera Collectibles Guide
Total number of collectibles: 4
Animus Fragments: 2
Uncharted Collectibles: 10 (6 Chests, 3 Animus Fragments, Letter 18: My Searche)

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Eleuthera Animus Fragments Locations
Animus Fragment 1
The first Animus Fragment you can collect is located on top of a wooden ledge, attached to a building. To get it, you have to climb the said building and reach its roof.
Once you get on the ledge, advance toward its end but don’t jump in the haystack below.
Animus Fragment 2
After you collect the previous fragment, while standing on the ledge, turn around and you will see the second one sitting on another ledge on the large building in the distance.
Get close to the building and use the crates near the left wall to get to the crane above, and it will automatically take you near the collectible.
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Eleuthera Chests Locations
For the first chest, proceed north-east from your current position and look for it near the main building’s door. The chest contains 110 R and cross made of gold (150 R).
The second chest is located on top of the main building in the north-western area of the fort.
Look for it near the wall, close to a large tree. Inside the chest you will find 229 R and two smoke bombs.
