To unlock this trophy you have to create a Hardcore character. The trophy is easier to unlock while playing Blood on the Ice on Rookie difficulty.
Once you start the mission, move from one respawn beacon to another and activate all of them. The video shows how to unlock the trophy as a Bio-Specialist. If you destroy a single respawn beacon you must restart the mission.
