Here are the minimum system requirements if you are looking only to run the game:

RAM: 6GB
GPU: Radeon HD7870 / GeForce GTX 660
VIDEO MEMORY: 2GB

Anything above these specs will help you run the game smoother. Now, here are the recommended system requirements if you truly wish to enjoy your Mafia 3 experience:

Mafia 3 will release on October 7, 2016, being developed by Hangar 13 for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
The game will be published by 2K Games and it will send us to New Bordeaux. The story takes place in 1968, and revolves around Lincoln Clay, a veteran of the Vietnam War.
After his retirement, Lincoln returns to New Bordeaux where he joins the Black Mob.
Eventually he finds himself trapped in a war between the Black Mob and the Italian Mafia. After his friends get killed, Lincoln returns on the streets looking to form his own criminal organization and destroy the Italian Mafia.
Mafia 3 is one of the most expected video games of October 2016. The standard version of the open-world action-adventure game can be purchased for $59.96 on Amazon.
2K Games will also release a Deluxe Edition for Mafia 3 which costs $79.96 and includes the game’s Season Pass and the “Family Kick-Back” pack.
Those who wish to own a Mafia 3 Collector’s Edition, will have to pay a whopping $149.96, but will get their hands several retro items (including Clay’s dog tags) as well as all digital content bonuses from the Deluxe Edition.
