Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark Somebody’s Watching Me achievement is similar to Make it Rain, because in order to unlock it, you need to find 6 additional audio logs, belonging to the Stalker.
The Stalker’s Observations or audio logs can be found and retrieved in Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 of the video game.
In Chapter 2: The Lost Vault you can find 3 Audio Logs, and the remaining three can be located in Chapter 3: Getaway.
