In Mass Effect 3, Dekuuna: Elcor Extraction is a side-quest similar to Dekuuna: Code of the Ancients

 To start this quest, go to the Citadel Embassies and locate the Elcor Ambassador.

To find him, when you exit the elevator, turn right, and you will see him near a red couch.

The Elcor is wearing a red outfit with black stripes.

After you get the quest from him, return to Normandy.

Before Priority: Horizon

Description

“The Elcor have requested an emergency extraction for warriors and civilians trapped on their homeworld of Dekuuna.

Search for survivors on Dekuuna, rescue them if possible, and return to the Elcor ambassador.”

Walkthrough

Using the Galaxy map, travel to Silean Nebula and to Phontes System.

Your target is a very small planet, named Oltan, near Planet Dekuuna.

Scan Oltan, and after you find the Elcor Flotilla, return to the Citadel.

Talk to the ambassador to complete Dekuuna: Elcor Extraction.

NOTE: If you saved the civilians from Dekuuna before talking to the Elcor Ambassador, then you will have to exit the Embassies area, and return to him, to finish the quest.
