Lightning Returns Final Fantasy XIII Walkthrough

Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII Peace and Quiet Kupo Walkthrough

Peace and Quiet, Kupo is a very short and accessible side-quest featured in Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, which can be accessed the moment you enter Moogle Village.

Moogle Village is located north from Jagd Village, in the Jagd Woods, and it is a peaceful place where you can also find the Crimm Mushroom for A Final Cure side-quest.

Even if Peace and Quiet, Kupo is a short side quest, you should address it the first time you visit Moogle Village, because once completed, it unlocks a new side-quest named Where Are You, Moogle?

After you finish Peace and Quiet, Kupo, you should focus on the second side-quest in order to save time; however, the following guide refers to the first quest in Moogle Village.

Quest Walkthrough

Peace and Quiet, Kupo can be completed the moment you discover Moogle Village, but only between 7 PM and 6 AM.

If you met the first requirement, you should focus on finding the client. As you will notice the central area in Moogle Village is a place where all Moogles gather.

Go right around the central area and look for an entrance to your left, to reach the small hill. Between the mushrooms you should see a Moogle with a star above its head.

Talk to the little creature and watch the cutscene but stay alert. When the cutscene ends you will find out that you have been followed by Dryads and they intend to attack the village.

To complete the quest you have to defeat 3 waves of Dryads, which spawn one after another. Make sure that when you fight the Dryads, you cast fire spells to stagger them, and try to kill them before they can cast summon.

Be advised that air-based, or wind-based attacks such as Aero and Aerora, will heal the Dryads. After you defeat all Dryads attacking the Moogle Village, return to your client and you will trigger another cutscene during which Serah’s friend, Mog, appears.

Follow Mog the moment he tries to run and it will lead you to a dead end, south from the central area. Talk to him to complete the quest and don’t forget to pick-up the Crimm Mushroom nearby if you didn’t finish A Final Cure side-quest.

At this point you can start the side-quest named Where Are You, Moogle?
